All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product descriptions, colors, and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to monitor settings or production differences.

All prices are listed in US Currency and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa, as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay. Orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unused, unwashed condition, free of hair and odor, with hang tags attached. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All content on our website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Wet Undies LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its functionality. Any fraudulent or abusive activity may result in termination of your access.
