Refund policy

Refunds/Returns:

We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at wetundiesapparel@gmail.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be purchased directly from wetundies.com
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.
  • We cannot generate return labels for APO/DFO/DPO.
  • Items listed as custom orders, clearance, final sale, or gift cards are not eligible for refund.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
